The SheBlooms Sessions are intimate group experiences. Connecting, grounding, and growing. The theme of this session is ‘heart opening’. Our hearts open, and we allow the love (already within us) to flow freely. We also drink ceremonial cacao during this session.

 What to expect:

  • A moment to ground.
  • A brief introduction round with the other participants.
  • Explanation about ceremonial cacao and its effects.
  • Opening the region of our hearts through some stretching exercises.
  • Drinking ceremonial cacao.
  • Meditation accompanied by a playlist.
  • Journaling and (if desired) sharing your experience.
  • Closing the circle together.

 

Practical information:

  • Friday the 22th of march
  • Door opens at 7.15 PM, we start at 7.30 PM
  • We close the session around 10PM but you are free to stay to chat a little bit longer.

What you should bring:

  • Comfortable clothes, to sit on a pillow on the floor during the session.
  • Your favorite mug to drink your cacao in.
  • A small notebook and a pen.
  • An empty stomach.
  • A bottle of water.
